1st conference of Manbij Women's Council launched

Under the slogan "Organized Woman is a Guarantee of Democratic Syria," the first conference of the Women's Council in Manbij and its countryside was recently launched in the presence of women delegations from north and east Syria.

The first conference of the Women's Council in Manbij and its countryside, under the slogan "Organized Woman is a Guarantee of Democratic Syria," has been launched in the Legislative Council Chamber.

The conference is attended by women's delegations from north and east Syria, the Syrian Women's Council, Future Syria Party, the Syrian Democratic Council, as well as hundreds of women from Manbij and its countryside.

The chamber is decorated with slogans "The twenty-first century will be the century of women" "Our will is stronger than your threats". "Unity of women begins with the unity of peoples". Before the beginning, the mothers and wives of the martyrs lit candles, then the conference began with a minute of silence and a welcome word from the Preparatory Committee.

It is scheduled that a number of speeches will be delivered, including a speech on behalf of the components of Manbij, and a speech of the Syrian Women's Council, Future Syria Party, and Kongra Star, reading telegrams, and display short films.

The Conference is to end with the election of members of the Women's Council and a final statement.
