Fuel oil, heaters distributed to all schools in al-Jazeera region

The Education Body distributed one and a half million liters of fuel oil and 25 thousand heaters to the schools of al-Jazeera region as part of the winter plan, as well as the repair of roofs, windows and doors of schools and classrooms.

As winter has come and within the winter plan of the Education Body in al-Jazeera region, and in order to create the best climate for students within schools, the Education Body has taken several steps, including the distribution of fuel oil and heaters to schools and educational councils in the region.

The co-chair of the Education Body in al-Jazeera region Samira Haj Ali explained that the Body is doing its best to improve the reality of schools in al-Jazeera region which includes two cantons Qamishlo and al-Hasakah, and pointed out that the body at the beginning of the semester repaired all the doors, windows and the roofs of schools, in addition to distributing seats, and printing textbooks for each phase.

Samira Haj Ali pointed out that with the approach of winter, the body began to distribute heaters and then fuel oil on all schools in the cantons of Qamishlo and al-Hasakah. The number of heaters which had been distributed by the body reached to 25 thousand heaters, in addition to the distribution of one million and 411,440 liters of diesel.
