After all the swarming of all the invited members to the forum by Rojava Center for Strategic Studies, where hundreds of local, regional and international political figures and dozens of civil society institutions were invited, the forum, held at the Bilasan Auditorium in Qamishlo canton, North Syria, with a speech of the administration of Rojava Center for Strategic Studies, and delivered by Dr. Ahmed Sino.

Sino pointed out that the forum touches on the reality of life in Afrin, after the aggression on the peoples' brotherhood culture and the environment and monuments by the largest gathering of mercenaries and terrorists in the Middle East to occupy Afrin, which was considered the safe place for the people.

Sino pointed out that Turkey seeks to carry out systematic genocide against the people of Afrin and their culture through the destruction of archaeological sites and structures of the area.

Sino explained that after the defeat of the terrorist gangs by SDF hands, have recovered but after a period of re-marketing of these terrorist groups by their supporters in new names and with the direct support of the Turkish occupation, which became the largest logistical, military and political support base for these organizations that do not believe in dialogue and human rights as its approach based on killing and hatred culture.

He said "In the midst of these circumstances, we feel a great responsibility to defend human rights. We urge all peace and justice-loving parties to redouble their moral responsibilities to define international public opinion in the impasse that humanity has suffered for hundreds of years, and contributing to support the culture and peoples' brotherhood, we all belong to societies that have suffered so much injustice. Peace and peoples' brotherhood bring security, development and prosperity while the culture of hatred brings nothing but destruction and backwardness.

Sino noted that the catastrophic situation in Afrin is a comprehensive example of the area's moral and political issues and the mobilization of ideas and energies through their meeting under the umbrella of this forum to shed light on the terrible violations committed by terrorist gangs. "What distinguishes the importance of the Forum beside the circumstances in which the area based on is the participation of figures of researchers and intellectuals of different nationalities and cultures

"It is useful to focus on the most important aspects of the ethnic cleansing practiced by the terrorist forces with all their military, political and cultural capabilities, and seek ways to support their non-repetition and contribute to justice and to put pressure on the organizations to enforce Turkey to withdraw from Afrin and commit it to the international resolutions and conventions, and work to return the settlers to their cities and the people of Afrin return to their city and their homes and help the displaced of the region's inhabitants in the camps that live in poor conditions.

At the end of his speech, Sino stressed that they are obliged to deal with the cleansing from various political, cultural, economic and military aspects to know the extent of the violations that are living in Afrin.

Then TV screens were shown about the Turkish violations against Afrin and its policies of ethnic displacement.

The Forum continues to read the report prepared by Rojava Center for Studies of what the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries have done in Afrin.
