More than 3 million liters of fuel distributed in al-Tabqa

Distribution operations have been continuing within al-Tabqa city's neighborhoods since about a month and a half as about 17,500 families in al-Tabqa and its countryside have received their allocations of the fuel. 

The distribution operations started after the circular issued by the Fuel Department in the Public Finance in al-Tabqa, which called on all the neighborhoods' councils and People's Houses to raise the benefit tables of Service Committee in al-Tabqa Civil Council to secure the quantities immediately.

The General Directorate of Fuel allocated 200 liters per family for 11,500 SP.

According to the administrator of Fuel Committee in al-Tabqa Civil Council Ibrahim al-Abdullah, "The distribution of fuel is about to finish in the center of al-Tabqa, where we have distributed more than 3 million liters in the city's center only and now, we distribute fuel in the city to the families whose names have been included in the annexes of the tables issued by People's Houses in the city.

As for the north-western rural areas, the quantities distributed in the villages of al-Garniya and al-Mahmudli reached more than half a million liters, including more than 75 villages in the countryside.

The distribution process is carried out under the supervision of the Service Committee in the neighborhoods' councils and with the participation of the Supervision Committee to ensure the safety of the distribution process and the delivery of the quantities according to the schedules and with the quantity specified.

Mohammed al-Hamed who is a resident of al-Wahab neighborhood in al-Tabqa expressed his great gratitude to al-Tabqa Administration for this humanitarian step according to his description, "We thank the al-Tabqa Administration for the distribution of the fuel for heating as winter season is approaching, the weather would be cold with the coming days and the fuel arrived at the right time."
