Euphrates Shield mercenaries open fire at MMC positions

Manbij Military Council(MMC) said that the mercenaries of the Euphrates Shield fired at the points of concentration of their forces in the contact points north of Manbij city and imposed a curfew on al-Helwangi village.

The media center of MMC issued a statement in which it confirmed that the mercenaries of the Euphrates Shield fired at the points of concentration of their forces north of Manbij city.

The text of the statement:

Shortly before, the mercenary factions of the Euphrates Shield opened fire on the points of concentration of our forces by Dushka 14.5 and PKC machine gun, from Tokhar al-Kabeer village north of Manbij city, and for no less than 15 minutes.

It also targeted the points of concentration of our forces on the dividing line from Sajour front, by firing the weapon Dushka 14.5, from Mohsenli village north of the Manbij city.

These factions supported by Turkey also imposed a curfew on civilians in al-Helwangi village north of Manbij city and the same alignment on Sajour line, which is far from Manbij city about 15 km. the curfew and warning of parents is prohibited by the mosque's speakers."
