450 Cases have been solved in less than year

The Reconciliation Committee in Women's Council  is considered one of the most important committees that play an important role in solving the problems facing women.

Where the Reconciliation Committee in Women's Council in al-Jazrat area in western countyrside of Deir-ez-Zor , which was founded on the 15 of January this year, that only reference to women in resolving their issues.

The Reconciliation Committee has gone a long way in its work in less than a year. It works to solve the problems that women are exposed to in a wise and rational manner, and strives to bring the points of view between the opponents without prejudice, with five female members.

Solving 450 cases out of 600 cases

Most of the cases addressed to the Reconciliation Committee belonging to Women's Council are related with family issues, underage marriage and child custody. In less than year 600 cases have been received , 450 cases were sloved .

The administrator in Women 's Council Shahrazad Jassim said:"Women in Deir –ez-Zor have suffered from marginalization in their daily and practical lives, regardless of their status and marginalized without rights."

She pointed out that the Reconciliation Committee is considered one of the most effective and importantance committees for the fact that women in the area have severely suffered during domination of IS ."
