Raghib al-Fars: Arab tribes consider SDF Syrian national project

On the 2nd of November, the Sheikh of the Arab Afdilah tribe which is prominent in al-Raqqa Bashir Faisal Hweidi was found killed in his car, and this incident was widely condemned by the Arab tribes in north and east of Syria, and the Civil Council of al-Raqqa also condemned during a statement this incident and considered it a direct target to the democratic nation's ideology and the peoples' brotherhood among the Syrian people.

In response to this incident, several websites and media outlets operating according to foreign agendas, especially those associated with the Turkish state, published news that the Arab tribes in al-Raqqa demanded the removal of the Syrian Democratic Forces from al-Raqqa and accused them of killing Sheikh Al-Hwaidi.

In response to these accusations, which claimed that the Arab tribes reject the presence of the Syrian Democratic Forces and called to fight them, the Sheikh of the Arab Zubaid tribe Raghib Bashar al-Faris said, "SDF and its political umbrella; the Syrian Democratic Council are a Syrian national democratic project that includes all Syrians, and also gathers all parties and independent personalities in its democratic project."

Al-Zubaid added that the Arab tribes are one of the parties to this Syrian national project and they received the idea of ​​a decentralized democratic Syria because they saw a solution to the Syrian crisis within it.

Sheikh Raghib al-Faris noted that the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Syrian Democratic Council include all the segments of the society and the components of North Syria. This has been victorious in all their steps that aimed at eliminating terrorism and solving the Syrian crisis.

He said, "When we have been committed to pursuing the idea of ​​the democratic nation, it was a difficult period for the hostile countries, especially Turkey, for this reason, Turkey has made IS to attack the gains made by the sacrifices of martyrs in North Syria

Sheikh Faris explained that the Turkish state is the only country that is working to prolong the Syrian crisis, it is the cause of killing thousands of Syrian people, its hand is stained with the blood of innocent children and it have dedicated all its mercenary gangs within the Syrian territory.

Sheikh Faris said that when the Turkish state occupied the city of Afrin, it crossed the red lines when it was killed the innocent people and children because its objective is to keep weapons in Syria. In Afrin, there was also the international silence about the Turkish state's practices and about the killing of the innocent children of Afrin.

About Sheikh al-Hwiedi, he said, "The Turkish state considers itself failed to eliminate the revolution of North Syria, and now is working to spread strife between the tribal elders and the Syrian Democratic Forces by killing important figures and tribal elders in east of the Euphrates.

Al-Faris pointed out that the killing of Sheikh Bashir Faisal al-Hwaidi came as a result of the failure of all Turkey's policies after they saw the security and stability in the city of al-Raqqa and the unification of al-Raqqa's tribes with SDF.
