"Sons of region ready to face any threat to north ,east of Syria"

A member of Qamishlo Canton Council, Mazloum Yusuf ,said "The people of the region are ready to face any threat to the north and east of Syria at this stage and the Turkish occupation and its supporting countries are pushing the region into instability, and their threats will not undermine our people's determination to resist and live freely."

The talk of Mazloum Yusuf came at the meeting held in Jazza town on Sunday evening, the meeting was attended by the co-chair of Tal Hamis District Council, Saleh al-Khalaf ,the co-chair of Jazza town, Alwan Ghazal, and dozens of residents, members of Jazza Town Council and members of the Democratic Unionist Party (PYD).

The meeting began with holding a minute of silence in memory of the martyrs' souls, followed by a statement delivered by Mazloum Youssef on the latest political developments in the Syrian arena in particular and the Middle East in general.

In terms of the current situation in the region, Mazloum Yusuf evaluated the potential and preparations for the people of the region and stressed that everyone is ready to face any threats to the north and east of Syria from regional countries led by the Turkish occupation and stressed that Turkey and the countries "beyond the curtain push the region to destruction and instability."

He added, "The goal of the regional countries that have interests on Syrian soil is to increase the life of the crisis in Syria and not in their interest to end the conflicts that serve their interests in Syria."

He expressed his concern about some regional countries whose interests have not ended on Syrian soil to disrupt the positive steps that have been achieved thanks to the thought and philosophy of the democratic nation project, which serves all Syrian peoples.

Yusuf stressed that the end of IS would be before the entry of 2019 (New Year). He added: "After an argument there must be discussions with the other parties in Syria, and so far the project of the democratic nation and brotherhood is the only solution at the dialogue table, and MSD is ready for dialogue and negotiation with the Syrian government in Damascus, as happened earlier.

He said Syria was ready to face any threat to the north and east of Syria.
