On Saturday, European women's delegation arrived in Qamişhlo canton at the invitation of Jinology Academy in Rojava to support the Resistance of the Age and to recognize the role of women in north and east Syria.

The delegation visited many areas in Qamişhlo city, and during their visit to martyrs' shrines, ANHA agency met with many members of Mothers for Peace delegation to talk about the reason for their visit.

Mother Anna Maria from Italy said: "The purpose of our visit to Rojava  is to see the reality of women in the revolution through which they obtained their freedom and to support the women of Afrin who have been forcibly displaced from their land as a result of the Turkish occupation."

She said "We will report what we have seen in Rojava to the world as a whole and take advantage of the gains made by women's struggle,"

For her part, member of the organization Klafidia Lukas from Germany said that they want to know how the women of Rojava had broken the customs and traditions and get rid of masculine mentality, she said "The Revolution of Rojava is known in all parts of the world for women's revolution. For the first time, women run institutions and lead the fronts in the face of terrorist organizations so we wanted to know about this revolution. "

"We will work hard to convey this experience that we have seen in Rojava to the whole world and benefit from the experience of women in freedom and democracy," she said.
