The source said that the Turkish occupation army recently issued a circular to all its mercenaries located in Afrin and villages overlooking it to hand over all the olive groves that they held from the people to the local councils established by the occupation to be distributed to them, but no one is committed to this circular and all mercenaries continue to loot crops and deprived the people of harvesting their crops.
