The opening tape was cut by the director of UBB organization. Then, the members of the Kurdish Red Crescent toured in the department.

The hospital is consisted of the following departments (women and obstetrics department, women's observation room, operations room, children's clinic, newborns department, and a laboratory for analysis, emergency and ambulance department which includes eight ambulances).

The Kurdish Red Crescent Hospital is considered one of the most important specialized medical centers. The hospital operates 24 hours a day and provides a free service.

In this context, the administrator of the Kurdish Red Crescent Munir Hussein said, "This is the third branch of the Kurdish Red Crescent where people are going to. The number of workers in the hospital is 24 nurses, some of whom are certified and others are experienced. We need some doctors, in addition to the presence of a number of ambulances that serve the people both inside and outside the city."
