YPG disclosed 7 martyrs' record of Resistance of Age

The Media center of the People's Protection Units (YPG) issued a written statement in which it revealed the record of 7 of their fighters who were martyred while participating in the Resistance of the Age in Afrin.

YPG offered condolences to the families of the martyrs and the Kurdish people. The 7 martyrs who were martyred in the first stage and the second stage of the Resistance of the Age were commemorated with all respect and pledged to walk on the path of martyrs until liberating the people.

The statement said:

"During the 7 years of Rojava Revolution, our regions experienced many historical resistances, but by 2018 the resistance's legacy reached the highest levels and turned into historic resistance, where great resistance was shown to the occupied Turkish state and its mercenaries gangs, such as al-Nasra and IS. In the second stage of the Resistance of the age on the geography of Afrin in the face of mercenary groups Since the beginning of the resistance and so far our comrades are struggling in a spirit of guerilla and ambition aimed at achieving freedom and with the escalation of the struggle many of our comrades have won the honor of martyrdom .
