TEV-DEM commemorated Pirsûs' martyrs

The Executive Committee of Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM)commemorated Pirsûs' martyrs massacre who were martyred in a terrorist attack on July 20, 2015. A terrorist attack targeted a Socialist Youth Union and others on July 20 , 2015 during a press conference before heading to Kobanî city to help rebuild and assist its people. More than 30 martyrs were killed and more than 100 injured.

In commemoration of the martyrs who martyred on Friday, the Executive Committee of the Democratic Society Movement issued a written statement stating:

"Kobanî cause and the ferocity of its attack was not because there were people who rejected the imposed reality. The attack was an unjust attack. It was targeting the revolution that began on July 19 from Kobanî. This gave it a symbolic identity. The attack was also aimed at preventing the development of the democratic project. .

These facts affected the conscience and minds of all free people. Kobanî witnessed the participation of national fighters and the world began to move through marches and protests against the terrorist attacks on the city of the democratic revolution.

The terrorists and their financing forces did not accept this sympathy, cooperation and participation. Turkey opened the border to IS and offered them everything necessary to destroy Kobanî and clear its features, but the free people did not hesitate in carrying out their duties during the battle and after the great victory achieved by the will.

We in the Executive Body of Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) commemorate Pirsûs' martyrs massacre and all the martyrs who martyred for the resistance and end the extremist thought and pledge to continue their march towards serving the peoples and suppressing injustice. We commemorate all those who contributed to the resistance of Kobanî and salute their positions.

The resistance is a principle we will abandon and we will continue to defend with all our rights until we achieve the freedom of our Kurdish people and the oppressed peoples. We will win over the plans as we have won over the most organized and prepared enemies against our revolution in the past years and the victory of our revolution and our achievement of the democratic solution we will have achieved the goals and wishes of all our, Innocent martyrs ".
