Intellectual training course, specialization for al-Tabqa teachers launched

This morning, the intellectual and behavioral course was began to develop and enhance the performance of al-Tabqa teachers, which includes 1800 teachers from all disciplines.

The Education Committee in al-Tabqa has launched its training course aimed at improving the technical level of its teachers, whether in terms of the teacher's understanding of the content of the curriculum or in terms of establishing a constructive relationship between the teacher and the student according to the modern educational methods.

In this regard, the trainees were distributed to 3 centers, each of which includes about 220 teachers who are enrolled in the course which are Fayez Mansour, al-Jahez and Qortoba in the center of al-Tabqa city and 5 other centers in al-Mansoura. They are in Hinaida al-Nahda Center, Al-Sahal, Mohammed Noor Center, Habib al-Abdullah Center and Kasra al-Faraj.

The administrator Fayez al-Mansour school Mohammed al-Hamad said "The course starts every day at 8 am to 12 noon for a month and a half."

al-Hamad added that the course is divided into stages, led by an intellectual week, followed by the transition to the theoretical aspects of education, to practical applications, and to evaluation and psychological support.
