Russia's military confirmed the death of two pilots in the fall of an SU-30 fighter off the coast of Syria's Lattakia governorate, Interfax reported.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed on Thursday that a Russian warplane has fallen into the sea, off Jableh city on the west coast of Syria and Russian forces are conducting a search in the area of the plane crash.
