People's Assembly opened for eastern line in Deir ez-Zor countryside

Dozens of people from al-Dahla village and neighboring villages, the directors of Deir ez-Zor Civil Council and Democratic Syria Council in addition to representatives of Self-Defense Duty Forces attended the ceremony.

The opening ceremony began by holding a minute of silence. Then, the two co-chairs of the People's Assembly of al-Dahla village Marwan Ali al-Yusuf and Batul Abdul Hadi al-Ali delivered speeches and congratulated the opening of the council on the residents, and they promised that they will be responsible for the tasks given to them by their people, and work for serving their people and village, in addition to insuring all their requirements, solving all the problems of the area and implanting the concept of the organization, peoples' fraternity and co-existence.

A number of speeches were also delivered at the ceremony on behalf of the Women's House, the Martyrs’ Families Council and the council of the western line of al-Jazrat town which congratulated the council’s opening to the villagers.

After the speeches finished, the opening ribbon was cut by the martyrs' families.

It is worth mentioning that the martyr Fahed al-Issa, the real name Fahed Saleh al-Issa was martyred in al-Jazeera Tempest  campaign in October 10, 2017.
