Ayed people wait of thirst because of politicies of Turkish state

The Directorate of Water of the People's Municipality in al-Tabqa expressed for fearing that a number of water pumps that feed al-Tabqa area especially the countryside with drinking water, have been stopped by Turkey's seizure of the Euphrates River.

Information from the Directorate itself shows that the shortage of wells, especially in Ayed al-Karin villdeges and the surrounding farms, has fallen to unprecedented levels.

Ayed Adnan al-Jarash the pumps supervisor said . "The level of water in the two recharge wells has been steadily increasing for almost three months the water level is not much higher than what is known as pump nuts, which are mechanical parts that determine the possibility of drawing water from the well. That the natural level of water within it ranges from 10 to 16 meters according to the rainy season.

On the damage that can be inflicted on the pumps, Adnan al-Jarash pointed to the great possibility of the two out of work completely, which will return a humanitarian disaster to thousands of residents in the region from the parents and displaced persons.

The officials of the Euphrates and Water Dams warned that Turkey's seizure of the Euphrates River, which has reached its limit almost entirely, is supposed to supply Syria with 500 cubic meters of water per second according to the regional agreements concluded.

As the Turkish authorities continue their unethical war against the north and east of Syria, a third of the wells in the 17-storey area are scattered along the banks of the lake and the banks of the river, including the wells of Ayed,al-Krian, al-Bouassi and Jabbar.
