ANHA's correspondent are accompanying the patrol, which was supposed to operate today, reported between the Russian and Turkish occupation forces, but the Turkish side did not attend.

The correspondent confirmed that after waiting for hours for the Russian patrol in the village of Sherk, west of the district of Ad-Derbasiya, which is 13 km from the center of the district, it returned to Qamishlo without running the patrol.

This is the second time that the Turkish occupation forces do not participate in the patrol, despite waiting hours for Russian forces, and this comes after the regime took control of large areas of Idlib with Russian support.
