Women's Committee explains Social Contract to People of Deir ez-Zor

The Women's Committee in Deir ez-Zor organized a symposium to read and explain the provisions of the new Social Contract of NE Syria.

Dozens of residents, members of local councils and communes, the Future Syria Party, the Zenobia Women’s Gathering Council, and the Martyrs’ Families Council participated in the symposium, which was held in the town of Hajin in Deir ez-Zor.

After observing a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs, the administrator of the Women’s Committee, Khitam Haddou, welcomed the guests.

The member of the Services Committee in the People's Assembly in the town of Hajin, Suleiman Al-Karhout, began reading the provisions of the Social Contract, from the first to the fiftieth clause.

After completing the reading of 50 out of 134 clauses included in the new Social Contract after its approval by the General Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria on December 12, and announcing its entry into force on the 13 of the same month via a press conference, attendees showed their opinions about it, and they stressed its importance for NE Syria.
