A local source from occupied Afrin reported that the Turkish occupation mercenaries cut down 164 perennial olive trees on 11/9/2024, owned by the citizen Mustafa Nouri Othman, a resident of the village of Korzila in the town of Sherawa in the countryside of the occupied city of Afrin.

The source indicated that the age of these trees exceeds 35 years, and they were cut down after their fruits were stolen.

The crimes of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continue against those remaining and the nature in occupied Afrin, to change its demographics and displace them.
