The Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries continue their violations against the original inhabitants of the occupied Syrian cities, particularly Afrin and Ras al-Ayn. In this context, private sources inside the occupied city of Ras al-Ayn reported that the city has witnessed a widespread campaign of abductions against residents in recent days.

The sources indicated that Turkish intelligence and its mercenaries launched the abduction campaign against residents under flimsy pretexts and fabricated accusations of collaborating with the Autonomous Administration and the Syrian Democratic Forces.

The sources noted that the number of those abducted has exceeded ten, adding that the total number is still unknown. They also pointed out that women have been among those abducted.

The suffering of the original inhabitants of the occupied Syrian cities is worsening daily due to the ongoing violations and pressures exerted by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, amid a climate of fear and panic, with calls for the expulsion of the Turkish occupation, its mercenaries, and settlers, and for guarantees of a safe return for the displaced residents.

The March 10th Agreement, signed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, and the President of the Transitional Government in Damascus, Ahmed al-Sharaa, stipulated "securing the return of all displaced Syrians to their cities and villages, and guaranteeing their protection by the Syrian state." However, the Transitional Government continues to stall on implementing the terms of the agreement, amid demands from the forcibly displaced for its implementation.
