The SDF revealed the toll of its resistance against the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries in a statement, which read:

"The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continued their brutal attacks on the regions of North and East Syria. Yesterday, Thursday, the occupation’s warplanes launched intense airstrikes around Tishrin Dam from the early hours of the morning, coinciding with relentless artillery shelling that continued until Friday morning, causing significant material damage, particularly to the workers' housing near the dam.

During our forces’ defense against the attack by the occupation’s mercenaries on the northern countryside of the dam, several mercenaries were killed and others were wounded.

At noon yesterday, Turkish warplanes targeted the vicinity of the town of Sheikhlor/Al-Shuyukh, west of Kobani, and launched another round of airstrikes later. At 5:00 p.m., an airstrike hit the village of Ahmed Munir near the town, with one of the missiles landing in agricultural fields, causing material damage. This attack was accompanied by heavy artillery shelling on the village, leading to severe damage to homes and residents’ properties. Meanwhile, drones continuously hovered over the area throughout the day.

Additionally, Turkish warplanes launched four airstrikes on the village of Ghesq near the Qereqozaqê Bridge, resulting in extensive material damage. The occupation forces also bombarded the villages of Tineh, Jaddeh, Bir Hasso, Dikan, and San’a, as well as the hills of Seifi and Qereqozaqê using heavy artillery, tanks, rocket launchers, and mortars. More than 30 shells were fired randomly, causing severe destruction to civilian homes and properties.

On the Deir Hafir front, the Turkish occupation’s mercenaries attempted to launch an attack on our forces' positions, but our fighters repelled the assault and carried out an operation against a gathering of enemy forces, inflicting casualties, though the exact results remain unknown.

Meanwhile, in the Ain Issa front, Turkish drones continued to hover over the region throughout the day yesterday."
