Turkish occupation artillery shelling targets 3 villages and facility

3 villages and facilities in the Al-Jazira and Euphrates Cantons in the NESyria region were bombed by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, in continuation of its ground and air attacks on the region.

In the late hours of the night of Saturday - Sunday, the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries bombed the Al-Baqar station facility in the countryside of the city of Tal Tamr in Al-Jazira Canton, using artillery. The bombing later expanded to include the village of Umm al-Kaif and Tal Juma in the city’s countryside.

The bombing coincided with similar attacks on the village of Al-Tarwaziya and its surroundings in the Euphrates Canton

This bombing was preceded by an artillery shelling that targeted the southern countryside of the city of Kobani and the vicinity of the Tishreen Dam, where hundreds of people from the NE Syria region are protesting against the ongoing attacks on the region.

Since November 8 of last year, the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries have launched extensive ground and air attacks on NE Syria, with a greater focus on the countryside of the city of Kobani and the Tishreen Dam area.
