Amid the threats facing Rojava and the sectarian incitement promoted by certain parties affiliated with the Interim Government, residents continue to express their adherence to social unity and their rejection of any attempts aimed at sowing division among the region’s components.

During a field tour conducted by ANHA correspondent in the city of Tel Tamer, residents’ views on the current phase were surveyed, revealing a clear consensus on the importance of solidarity among the population and reliance on public awareness to confront challenges.

Citizen Khadija Ibrahim emphasized that the cohesion of the region’s residents is the foundation for maintaining stability, stating: “We will continue our struggle until the rights of all components are protected within any future constitution. Our goal is to live with dignity and security.”

For his part, citizen Khaled al-Khalaf said: “Popular solidarity has become a daily necessity. Crises do not divide people; rather, they reveal the true depth of their interconnectedness. We defend our existence through work, resilience, and cooperation, and our demand is that our rights be constitutionally guaranteed so that the future can be more stable.”

Meanwhile, young woman Zahra Amin affirmed that residents confront challenges through cohesion and commitment to protecting the area, adding: “We have lived here for decades, and stability in the region is everyone’s responsibility. We want a future guaranteed by clear laws that exclude no one and that ensure coexistence and justice.”

Citizen Nasreen al-Younes also noted that “unity and solidarity are the fundamental pillars for confronting the current conditions we are experiencing, and we are all determined to secure our rights within a constitutional framework that preserves everyone’s dignity.”

Residents of Tel Tamer are unanimous in their view that popular unity, continued struggle, and the demand for constitutionally guaranteed rights constitute three essential pillars upon which they rely to confront the current situation, reaffirming their commitment to their legitimate rights within a legal and constitutional framework that ensures stability and justice for all.
