An explosion was heard earlier in the western Damascus countryside near the town of Beit Jinn. According to local sources, Israeli forces detonated an abandoned building located in agricultural land known as “Al-Kurum,” between Beit Jinn and Beit Jinn Farm in western Damascus countryside.

The sources told ANHA agency’s reporters that the explosion occurred during an Israeli incursion into the area several hours earlier. There were no reports at the time of anyone being inside the building or of any casualties resulting from the operation.

The reasons behind the Israeli forces’ decision to blow up the building remained unclear, as Israeli forces continued their military movements around Beit Jinn, its surrounding farmland and nearby areas.

The developments come amid continued Israeli incursions and military movements in western Damascus countryside, particularly around Beit Jinn and its surrounding farmland, as residents remain concerned about the nature and scope of these activities.
