On April 18, the Internal Security Forces and the Internal Security Forces - Women in North and East Syria, with the participation of the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) and support from the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), launched a security campaign inside al-Hol camp. This campaign was based on accurate information about the presence of ISIS cells inside and outside the camp.

Search and combing operations continued on the fifth day in the fifth section for displaced Syrians.

The total number of residents of al-Hol camp, considered the most dangerous camp in the world, is 35,323, including 13,124 Iraqi nationals, 15,805 Syrian nationals, and 6,385 families of ISIS mercenaries.
