SDF shoots down 2 drones in Tishreen Dam vicinity

Today, the Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces issued a statement to the public opinion, regarding the attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, on the vicinity of the Tishreen Dam and the Qaraqozaq Bridge, and the response of its forces to them, which read:

"On Tuesday, Turkish occupation warplanes carried out several airstrikes on workers’ housing of the Tishreen Dam, causing material damage. Under the cover of these airstrikes, the mercenaries launched an attack on one of our positions in the dam’s northern countryside. Our fighters successfully thwarted the attacks after clashes that resulted in multiple casualties among the mercenaries, though the exact number remains unknown. During the clashes our fighters shot down two drones belonging to the mercenaries.

On the Qara Qwzaq front, the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continued their bombardment of the villages of Al-Tina, Ja’da, Bir Hisso, Ghasq, and Dekan, as well as the Seifi Hill and Qara Qwzaq Hill. Using heavy artillery, tanks, rocket launchers, and mortar shells, they indiscriminately fired over 80 rounds, causing material damage to residents’ homes and properties."
