The Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces published a written statement, revealing the record of its four fighters who were martyred as a result of the treacherous Turkish bombing on its point, which read:

“The Turkish occupation state has proven, once again, its hostility to the aspirations of our people to live safely on its lands, trying to undermine any democratic movement that it has, and in a way that preserves its Autonomous Administration system, so it deliberately targeted military points of our forces, in addition to the homes of civilians, in a treacherous manner, in a blatant escalation.” It is brutal and has no justification other than continuing the policy of killing and destruction.

The aggression of the Turkish occupation state late last month against a number of points of our forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces, led to the martyrdom of four of our fellow fighters, and they are:

1 - Bahoz Kobani/Mohamed Haji Abdi

2 - Botan Serêkaniyê/ Mohannad Mohammad Ahmad

3 - Ilan Afrin/Mohamed Nour Hikmat Rashid

4 - Dilshir Afrin/Mohamed Hamid Ibish

Our fighting comrades became martyrs when they were on duty, after a journey full of struggle and resistance within the ranks of our forces. Comrade fighter Bahoz Kobani, despite his recent joining the ranks of our forces, was an example of a fighter who adhered to instructions and performed his duties to the fullest. While our comrade Botan Serêkaniyê, who had a long history of resisting our forces in Rojava and North and East Syria, struggled, full of hope to liberate his occupied city from the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries. He did not rest, working day and night, to the point that he was known among his comrades as a man of difficult tasks.

Likewise, our comrade Ilan Afrin joined the ranks of our forces, coming from the areas where our people were forcibly displaced from their homes, driven by his hatred to take revenge on the enemy who occupied his home and land and liberate it from him, no matter the cost. During his struggle, he showed great resistance against the Turkish occupation, in addition to his humility in dealing. With his companions, he left a good impact on everyone who worked with him and knew him.

And our other comrade, Dilshir Afrin, who joined the ranks of our forces early, accumulated combat experience, and translated it skillfully in the many battles in which he participated. He was a fighter who did not fear the enemy, and developed combat tactics with great professionalism, in addition to possessing a strong personality that qualified him to be in the first ranks of the fronts. In addition to his cheerful spirit, which made him enter the hearts of all his comrades.

While we condole ourselves, the families of our four martyrs, and all the families of the martyrs, today we are more determined and determined to avenge their blood from the treacherous enemy, to crown our struggle with victory and preserve the security and stability of our regions, whatever the costs.
