Resolve of Kobani People, global solidarity defeated ISIS mercenaries

 The Co-chair of the Democratic Union Party Council in the Euphrates Canton, Bozan Khalil, spoke to ANHA Agency on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with Kobani.

Khalil explained that they attacked Kobani because leader Abdullah Ocalan headed there when he visited Rojava Kurdistan.

" The mercenaries first wanted to occupy Kobani, and this was not their only goal, as they wanted to exterminate the Kurdish people."

 Khalil continued his speech by saying: "The Middle East region was witnessing a major crisis, and World War III began in Kobani, and those extremist forces sought to eliminate Kurdish nationalism in Kobani."

 Khalil added: "The attacks on our people continue since the Kobani resistance until now. The Turkish state continues the approach of ISIS until now, as it has targeted hundreds of centers and gains of the people of Rojava. The Turkish state and its allies do not want security and stability in NE Syria, so they continue their occupation attacks."

 Bozan Khalil concluded by saying: "We must protect our people and organize them to confront all types of attacks, we must confront all attacks, Kobani will always remain in history and will be famous for its resistance."
