Preparatory meeting  held in Hasaka to discuss readiness of examination centers

To review the preparations for the exams of the Basic Education Certificate and General Secondary Education Certificate, the Education Directorate in Hasaka held a comprehensive preparatory meeting on Tuesday, attended by Governor Nour Eddin Ahmed and a delegation from the Ministry of Education of the Interim Government.

The meeting was chaired by Adnan al-Berri, Director of Education in Hasaka, with the participation of supervisors of educational complexes, heads of examination centers, delegates from the Education Department and secretaries. This initiative falls within the directorate's plan to ensure full readiness at organizational, administrative, and technical levels prior to the commencement of examinations.

During the meeting, Adnan al-Berri; Director of Education in Hasaka, Maan al-Sayed; Director of Special Education at the Ministry of Education, and Mahmoud al-Khedr; Head of the Examinations Department, provided a detailed explanation of the guidelines and procedures governing operations during the examination period. They also clarified the responsibilities of all participating entities and the coordination mechanisms between them to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.

The participants emphasized the importance of adhering to the approved examination guidelines and regulations, as well as strengthening ongoing coordination among relevant stakeholders. This will help create an organized and stable examination environment that ensures smooth, fair, and transparent conduct of all examinations.
