Popular condemnation of crimes by Turkish occupation, its mercenaries

The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries have committed horrific massacres against civilians in recent days in the areas of Ain Issa, the countryside of Kobani, and Manbij, resulting in the deaths of dozens of civilians, including women and children.

In this context, the people and members of the Council of Martyrs' Families in the Euphrates Canton condemned these brutal massacres and denounced the attacks launched by the Turkish occupation on the region.

Najma Kanjo, a member of the Council of Martyrs' Families, stated: "The Turkish occupation aims to exterminate the Kurdish people by committing brutal massacres and acts of mass killing."

She added: "The Turkish state must know well that we draw our strength and will from our fighters, and it will not be able to eliminate us no matter how many massacres it commits."

Meanwhile, Shafiq Khalil, a young man from the city of Kobani, explained that the Turkish occupation resorted to targeting civilians after failing to break the determination of the fighters of the People's Protection Units and the Syrian Democratic Forces.

Shafiq Mala Khalil affirmed: "We will continue to resist and enhance our strength in confronting the Turkish attacks."

Noroz Ahmed, a member of the Council of Martyrs' Families in the Euphrates Canton, also condemned the crimes committed by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.

She pointed out that "the Turkish state kills civilians without distinguishing between women, children, or the elderly, and even targets ambulances."

Noroz Ahmed added: "The Turkish state targets civilians and commits massacres against them because of its defeat in the face of the strength of the fighters defending their land. This drives it to attempt to break the will of our forces by targeting innocent people."
