The operations room of the "Enduring Security" operation published a statement regarding a special operation carried out by the Women's Protection Units and the Internal Security Forces - Women, as part of the "Enduring Security" operation in the city of al-Hol. 

 The operation that took place on the sixth day of "Enduring Security" resulted in the arrest of a Daesh mercenary. According to the statement, "he is a very dangerous element and has been wanted by military and security forces for two years. He planned major terrorist acts and a number of weapons and a quantity of ammunition were seized with him."

 The statement continued that "the elements of the terrorist organization are trying to hide among civilians in the villages and inside the camp, and as soon as they find an opportunity, they carry out their terrorist and criminal acts against both military personnel and civilians alike, which necessitated the launch of the 'Enduring Security' operation to cleanse al-Hol area and its surroundings and the camp from them."

 He added: "So far, the operation has been highly successful, with a large number of terrorists arrested, in addition to the confiscation of quantities of weapons and ammunition. No side incidents affecting the security and stability of the citizens in the area, as well as the safety of the residents in the al-Hol camp, have been recorded so far."
