The targeting of the checkpoints began at approximately 17:18, when a Turkish occupation army drone bombed the Naamatli checkpoint east of the city of Qamishlo in Jazira canton.

About half an hour later, occupation army drones targeted two checkpoints at the western and eastern entrances to the city of Kobani, followed by bombing another checkpoint at the southern entrance to the city located in the Euphrates District, followed by bombing a checkpoint at the western entrance to the city at approximately 19:10.

In the Amuda district of Jazira canton, the occupation army bombed two Internal Security Forces checkpoints at the eastern entrance to the district center on the road leading to the city of Qamishlo, and another at the southern entrance on the road leading to the city of Hasakah at approximately 19:00.

At approximately 19:30, it targeted the checkpoints of Halanj, Sharan, and Shiran, which are villages and districts belonging to the city of Kobani.

The Internal Security Forces checkpoints are entrusted with the tasks of checking vehicles, verifying the identity documents of passengers, and arresting those wanted by justice.
