More than 800 individuals expressed their desire to meet with Leader Ocalan

More than 800 individuals have joined the "I Want to Meet Abdullah Ocalan" campaign, launched by the Freedom for Leader Abdullah Ocalan Initiative in Syria, in coordination with the Syrian Lawyers' Initiative for the Defense of Leader Abdullah Ocalan. The results of the campaign are scheduled to be announced tomorrow.

The Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan and the Syrian Lawyers' Initiative for the Defense of Leader Abdullah Ocalan announced on August 20 the launch of a nationwide signature collection campaign under the "I Want to Meet Abdullah Ocalan" campaign.

Hundreds of community leaders, politicians, human rights activists, academics, doctors, intellectuals, tribal leaders, activists, and religious figures from northeastern Syria, as well as from the cities of Latakia, Tartous, Sweida, Homs, Aleppo, and Damascus, joined the signature collection campaign, demanding a meeting with Leader Abdullah Ocalan.

According to information obtained from the spokesperson for the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, Ferzanda Munzer, more than 800 signatures have been collected.

Farzanda Munther revealed that "the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan and the Syrian Lawyers' Initiative for the Defense of Leader Abdullah Ocalan will issue a statement about the campaign on September 1 (tomorrow)."
