The Turkish occupation authorities deported more than 3,000 Syrian refugees last February from their lands towards occupied Girê Spi, as part of the demographic change policy in Syrian territories.

The Turkish occupation state continues to implement its colonial settlement plan in the occupied areas, by deporting the Syrians to Girê Spi, where more than 3,000 Syrian refugees were deported towards the occupied Girê Spi province last February.

According to the source, the Turkish occupation authorities handed them over in batches to its mercenaries, the “military police,” in preparation for their resettlement in the homes of forcibly displaced people.

The source indicated that most of the deportees were from the areas of (Hama - Aleppo - Damascus countryside - Deir ez-Zor and other Syrian regions).

The number of deportees to occupied Girê Spi, since Turkish officials, led by Erdogan, announced the start of the resettlement project at the beginning of April of the year 2022, has reached more than 35 thousand deportees.
