the Health Authority in the Euphrates canton made a statement in front of Mishta Nour Hospital, which was bombed by the Turkish occupation yesterday, read by the co-chairmanship of the Health Authority in the canton, Ahmed Mahmoud.

The statement stressed, "The Turkish occupation's escalation of its aggression against the region and its targeting of civilians, infrastructure, and service institutions violates all international laws and norms and their institutions, and disregards all of these laws."

He stressed that "Mishta Nour Health Center has many departments in partnership between the Health Authority, Doctors Without Borders, and the Poor and Health Association in Germany, from the vaccine department, the medical clinics department, the psychological support department, the ambulance organization, and the diabetes department. For several years, it has been receiving approximately 500 patients daily." And the Turkish occupation’s targeting of it put it completely out of service in all its departments, even ambulances.”

The statement stressed: “On behalf of all workers in the health sector in the Euphrates canton, we condemn and denounce in the strongest terms the unjust Turkish aggression against the health institution, and we call on international associations and organizations, especially the International Red Cross, the World Health Organization, the relevant human rights bodies and the United Nations associations, to break their silence and take what their humanitarian duty dictates.” We also express our regret at the international silence, especially the International Coalition.”
