Arab fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have sent several messages from the fronts of battle and resistance at Tishrin Dam and Qereqozaqê Bridge.

The fighters affirmed that they will fight against the occupation and mercenaries on the frontlines until the end and will fulfill their duty to protect the people and the region with strength. The fighters congratulated leader Abdullah Ocalan, all their martyred comrades, their fellow fighters on the frontlines, and the people on the arrival of the New Year (2025).

Metin Manbij, SDF fighter from the city of Manbij, stated that they stand against the forces attacking the region. He said:

"More than 16 days have passed since we launched the campaign of martyr Aziz Arab Manbij. We are fighting against the mercenaries sent by the Turkish occupying state. We will not allow them to occupy our lands, and for that reason, they are retreating. Some of our comrades may have been martyred or wounded, but we are moving towards our goals with confidence and great morale."

Metin Manbij honored the martyrs of this phase and continued: "We remember our martyred comrades and will avenge them. Our martyred friends will remain alive in our memory forever. We will honor them forever. We wish a speedy recovery to our injured comrades."

Rustom Rojava, SDF fighter from Deir ez-Zor, is part of the Aziz Arab Manbij campaign. He said: "We are now at Tishrin Dam, fighting in the village of Qashla and other villages against the mercenaries of the occupation. Our comrades are now in Qashla village, and the fighting continues. The mercenaries of the Turkish occupying state were forced to retreat because of our strength and their fear. This is how the war goes. From here, I salute my fellow fighters on the frontlines and congratulate them on their resistance."

Diyar Manbij, fighter from the Manbij Military Council, is also part of the Aziz Arab Manbij campaign. Speaking about the resistance against the occupation and mercenaries, he said: "As a result of clashes with the mercenaries of the Turkish occupying state in the villages surrounding Manbij, the villages of Haj Hussein and Haj Hussein Kabir were liberated. After liberating these villages, the mercenaries attempted to infiltrate our positions, but we repelled them, eliminating six of them and forcing others to flee. We are now 5 km away from the town of Abu Qalqal."

Fighter Diyar Manbij stated that they will liberate village after village and will continue advancing in this manner until they reach Manbij.
