Martyrs' Families Council in Qamishlo announces joining general mobilization

In response to the general mobilization decision launched by the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, the Council of Martyrs Families in the city of Qamishlo announced its joining of the general mobilization through a statement read today at the shrine of the martyr Dalil Sarukhan in the city of Qamishlo.

It confirmed the statement, which was read by the co-chair of the Martyrs’ Families Council in Al-Jazira Canton, Hevi Sayed, and council member Mohieddin Hassan. Expressing his solidarity with the Syrian Democratic Forces in one trench, “Let us preserve the gains that were achieved thanks to the blood of thousands of righteous martyrs.”

The statement explained: “The Syrian Democratic Forces were and still are the invincible fortress defending the dignity of the peoples of the region in the face of occupation and mercenary exploitation. Today, more than ever before, we affirm our unlimited support for the Syrian Democratic Forces with all our might, and we condemn in the strongest terms the attempts to undermine them. We are ready to make more sacrifices to preserve and protect our gains.”

The Council called on all national and democratic forces to stand united against attempts to destabilize the security and stability of the region, and to support the Syrian Democratic Forces as the only legitimate force that protects the peoples of the region from the danger of mercenaries and occupation.

The Council saluted the heroic resistance in Manbij and the Tishreen Dam, which thwarted the conspiracies of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries, and demonstrated the high determination of the resistance of the Syrian Democratic Forces in confronting the most severe attacks.
