He continued: "Leader Abdullah Ocalan fought, with his ideas, philosophy, and struggle, those capitalist laws and policies that enslave people in the service of money and power, and we proved in North and East Syria that this thought serves man and society, and returns people to their true essence. We can live away from capitalism and bring society to freedom, and democracy to be a free moral society.”

Al-Ahmad stressed at the conclusion of his speech, “Today, North and East Syria have become a home for all those seeking freedom, and their visit to these regions completed their belief that the thought of the democratic nation and the freedom of the thinker and philosopher Abdullah Ocalan are the peoples’ expected salvation from slavery, and they carried with them their faith to their peoples who are walking to freedom across the nation’s bridges.” Democracy, we are indebted to the leader’s thought and we must increase the pace of our struggle to achieve his physical freedom.”
