Lawyers of the Asr Office, Radia Ozturk, Rezan Sarıca, Faiq Ozgur Arul and Mazloum Deng, submitted a new request to the Republic Prosecutor’s Office in Bursa and the Imrali Prison Directorate to meet with their clients; Leader Abdullah Ocalan, Omar Hayri Konar, Hamili Yildirim, and Weysi Aktaş, about whom no information has been received for more than 3 years.

Lawyers and families of detainees submit four requests to meet with them every week, but all requests are rejected.

Leader Abdullah Ocalan was arrested following an international conspiracy, the first threads of which began on October 9, 1998, upon his departure from Syria, heading to Moscow. It was carried out on February 15, 1999 in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, and he was handed over to the Turkish authorities

Leader Abdullah Ocalan's last contact with the outside world was on March 25, 2021, during a phone call with his brother Muhammad Ocalan, which lasted less than 5 minutes, then the call was cut off.
