 Kurdistan Democratic Party forces kidnapped activist and journalist Takusher Hussein, after he was summoned by the Asayiş of Choman district.

Roj News Agency reported that journalist Takusher Hussein was kidnapped after being summoned by the Asayiş of Choman district in Hawler province, and was transferred to the Asayiş center in the Soran area.

The family of Takusher Hussein announced that they did not know the reason for the kidnapping, and that they had not received any information about him other than his transfer to the security guards in Soran.

The family also stated that Takusher Hussain was scheduled to be released at 17.00, but they have not received any information about him yet.

It is worth noting that the arrests, kidnappings, and killings of journalists, activists, and freedom fighters are increasing in the Kurdistan region. Bahdinan's detainees are still in prison under false and unjustified pretexts. The fate of the editor of the Arabic section at Roj News Agency, Suleiman Ahmed, who was kidnapped by the Kurdistan Democratic Party, remains unknown for 100 days.
