Kobani residents renew their demand for physical freedom of leader

As part of the "I Want to Meet Abdullah Ocalan" campaign launched by the European Forum for Freedom and Peace in early June, the residents of Kobani in the Euphrates canton expressed their commitment to the demand for the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan.

Citizen Dijla Muslim noted that leader Abdullah Ocalan is present in the hearts of all communities, saying, "We want the leader to live among us personally. He is a symbol of sound thought and democracy, and we must raise our children according to his principles."

For her part, Heba Mahmoud emphasized the need to end the imprisonment of leader Abdullah Ocalan, which has lasted for more than 26 years. She added, "For us, the leader is our heart and soul, and his freedom means our freedom. We will continue the struggle until we see him among us."

In the same context, Haji Qol Agasi explained that Leader Abdullah Ocalan represents a source of strength and will for oppressed people, saying, "We will not feel comfortable until we achieve his physical freedom. Thanks to his thought and philosophy, we have become stronger."

Berivan Juma emphasized that the key to resolving all outstanding issues lies in the hands of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, and indicated that they will continue to escalate the struggle until his release.
