The people of the Euphrates Canton went out in a mass march, condemning the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on the NE Syria region, and S. Kurdistan, the latest of which was the attack that targeted a car carrying a number of journalists in Sulaymaniyah on the twenty-third of August, which resulted in the martyrdom of journalists Gulestan Tara and Hiro Baha al-Din.

The march started from the Free Women's Square in the city of Kobani, amid the raising of pictures of the 2 martyrs, Gulestan Tara and Hiro Baha al-Din, and mother Khalida Muhammad Sharif and her son Hajar Adnan Suleiman, who were martyred on Wednesday, in the bombing that took place in the Al-Antaria neighborhood in Qamishlo, and banners reading "We will end the policies of extermination and occupation by the will of free women" and chanting the slogan "Erdogan the killer."

In the Peace Square (Asheti), the march stopped, and a member of the coordinator of the Kongra Star Organization in the Euphrates Canton, Zozan Bakr, gave a speech, in which she stressed the revenge for the martyrs with the philosophy of "women, life, freedom" and said: "They will not be able to break our will with these attacks, we will end the mentality of occupation and extermination by the power of women."

Zozan touched on Russia's attempt to conduct a joint patrol with the Turkish occupation army by force, and deliberately ran over a woman in Çil Agha, and continued: "The attacks are carried out by the guarantor forces themselves, we must rise up and put an end to these attacks."
