On Sunday, the countryside areas of Damascus and Quneitra witnessed simultaneous Israeli military movements, involving artillery shelling, incursions, and the establishment of new positions, amidst rising tension in areas adjacent to the separation line.

An Israeli infantry force advanced into the Jorat al-Loz area on the outskirts of the town of Beit Jinn, in the western countryside of Damascus. This occurred minutes after the town's outskirts were struck by seven artillery shells; there were no reports of casualties.

In the Quneitra countryside, Israeli forces continued their deployment within Tal Ahmar also known as Tal Ain al-Nouriya following an incursion into the area at dawn on Sunday. Military vehicles, including tanks and troop carriers, were present at the site.

Additionally, an Israeli patrol consisting of four vehicles entered the Al-Amal Farms area in the northern Quneitra countryside, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. The patrol set fire to a facility in Ummhat Taranja before withdrawing from the area. Tankers from the Quneitra Agriculture Directorate arrived at the site and succeeded in extinguishing the fire.

These developments unfold amidst ongoing tension in the countryside of Damascus and Quneitra, as well as areas adjacent to the separation line and recurring Israeli military incursions and movements, raising residents' concerns about the repercussions for the region's security and stability.
