ISIS kills 6 shepherds in Homs desert

ISIS mercenaries killed 6 shepherds in the Sukari area south of Palmyra city in Homs countryside at dawn, and stole their livestock. Thus, ISIS attacks in the Syrian desert since toppling Bashar al-Assad have reached 6 attacks, resulting in the deaths of 70 people, including civilians and soldiers.

Six shepherds were killed at dawn by ISIS mercenaries in the Sukari area south of Palmyra city in Homs countryside, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).

 SOHR added the attackers intercepted the shepherds early this morning, killed the shepherds and stole their livestock before leaving the area towards the Syrian Hamad desert.

 The Palmyra region and the Syrian desert are witnessing continuous activity by ISIS mercenary cells targeting people there, in addition to theft and looting of property. The number of ISIS attacks in the Syrian desert since toppling Bashar al-Assad on December 8 has reached 6 attacks, resulting in the deaths of 70 people, including civilians and soldiers.
