ISIS captures 3 of Damascus forces in Palmyra Desert
ISIS mercenaries captured 3 members of the Damascus government forces while they were combing the Palmyra al-Sukhnah road in the Homs countryside.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported today that ISIS mercenaries captured 3 members of the Damascus government forces (Fourth Division), during a sweep operation on the Palmyra al-Sukhnah road in the Homs countryside, last Wednesday, March 27, where they fell into an ISIS ambush, and their fate remains unknown until the moment the news was prepared.
The Observatory indicated that a member of the National Defense was found executed in the field by ISIS, after missing 22 days, on March 7 when a group of members captured by ISIS ambush in the Tal Salamah area in the eastern countryside of Hama, near the administrative border with the Homs countryside governorate. This brought the number of National Defense personnel killed in that attack to 8 members.
On March 7, ISIS mercenaries attacked the Damascus government forces in the Tal Salamah area, killing 7 members of the National Defense Forces affiliated with the Damascus forces, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
