In a statement issued today, Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the command affirmed that this move comes as part of its "commitment to achieving social justice, protecting the people’s gains, and promoting public safety and civil peace." It indicated that its forces are continuing their campaign against mismanagement and corruption within government departments.

 The statement clarified that monitoring and follow-up operations took place over several months, resulting in the formal arrest of several individuals and the documentation of their confessions.

 Later today, the Internal Security Forces published video tapes containing confessions from those involved in the corruption operations on their official online platforms.

 The Internal Security Forces called on citizens to cooperate with the relevant authorities and report any violations or signs of abuse of power, in support of ongoing institutional reform efforts.

 The command concluded its statement by reaffirming its commitment to enforcing discipline within the security institution, maintaining organizational professionalism, and referring anyone proven to have betrayed the public trust to justice.
