Health Minister of Interim Govt. visits Hasaka governor

The governor of Hasaka, Nour Eddin Issa, received the Health Minister of in the Interim Government, where the two sides discussed the health situation in the region and ways to meet the existing needs. They emphasized the importance of supporting health centers and hospitals that suffer from a lack of equipment, and working to improve the level of services and the health situation.

HASAKA

The governor of Hasaka, Nour Eddin Issa, received the Minister of Health in the Interim Government, Musab Nazal al-Ali, at the governorate building in the city center, in the presence of the co-chair of the Health Authority in Jazira Canton, Mamo Khalil.

The two sides discussed the health situation in the region and ways to enhance joint cooperation to meet the existing health needs, especially given the shortages experienced by some health centers and hospitals.

During the meeting, the Minister of Health affirmed the ministry's commitment to equipping and sending medical equipment to health institutions facing shortages, as part of supporting the health sector and improving the level of services provided to citizens.

For his part, the governor of Hasaka and the co-chair of the Health Authority reviewed the experience of hospitals in the region and their role in meeting the population's needs despite the difficult circumstances they have faced, while emphasizing the continuation of efforts to improve the health situation.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited the People's Hospital in Hasaka, where they met with a number of patients, briefed on their conditions, and listened to their feedback.

The visit concluded with a tour of the Hasaka Health Directorate.
