“Freedom of the leader is the demand of all peoples and must be met”

The people of Tabqa canton denounced the international forces’ adoption of a policy of deafness and muteness regarding the demands of the peoples within the context of the global campaign for the physical freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan, and they stressed: “The freedom of the leader is the demand of all peoples and must be responded to.”

The anger of those demanding the freedom of leader Abdullah Ocalan towards the international silence accompanying their demands is increasing, within the context of the “Freedom for Abdullah Ocalan, the solution to the Kurdish issue” campaign that was launched on October 10, 2023. The people of Tabqa canton stressed that the freedom of the leader is the demand of all peoples, and to respond to it they will escalate struggle.

Citizen Jamila Al-Ali stated: “The ideas of the democratic nation proposed by Leader Abdullah Ocalan influenced us, and for this reason we adopted them after liberating Tabqa from ISIS mercenaries, and we will always strive to spread them despite the practice of the deaf and dumb policy by international institutions and concerned parties.”

Jamila Al-Ali stressed: “We will not hesitate for a moment to demand the leader’s physical freedom.”

In her turn, citizen Aida Al-Mohammed praised the leader’s libertarian approach, especially towards women, and called on international powers and human rights organizations to respond to the demands of the people within the context of the global campaign for the leader’s physical freedom.

Citizen Youssef Al-Ahmad denounced the international silence and considered it cooperation in continuing the policies of isolation and torture pursued against the leader Abdullah Ocalan. He stressed the escalation of the struggle and continuing to participate in activities demanding the freedom of the leader, until their demands are met within the context of the global campaign.
