On December 23, the Turkish occupation state launched an air attack on the Odeh station in the Tirbespiye town and the Baneh Şakfti station in the city of Derik in NE Syria, causing the injury of a worker and the two stations to go completely out of work.

Witness Mehan Othman told ANHA reporters that they rushed outside after hearing a strong explosion to find that the station had been bombed, and flames were rising from it.

Othman added: “My husband quickly went to the station to save the injured worker and bring him home. We treated him here. We also notified the fire brigades and station management to put out the fire. We stayed outside from 10:00 at night until the next morning.”

Mehan Othman confirmed with these words that the Turkish occupation state, with its attacks seeks to displace them, "Turkey won't expel us from our land."
